This Privacy Policy explains what information iBET Smart ("we," "us," or "our") collects through the iBET Smart mobile app and ibetsmart.com (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password (or, if you sign in with Face ID / a device passkey, an on-device biometric credential that never leaves your device).
Subscription and payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your subscription status and plan, but we do not receive or store your full card number.
Usage and preferences. We store the leagues, players, sportsbooks, and markets you follow or track, your bet-tracking entries, and general app usage data (such as which screens you visit) so the Service can personalize your feed and improve reliability.
Device information. We collect basic device and app-install identifiers. This is used for security, diagnosing crashes, and to prevent abuse of free-trial offers (for example, detecting when the same device attempts to claim multiple trials).
Bet-tracking data you provide. If you use the Bet Tracker or Bet Builder, we store the wager details you enter or import (legs, odds, stakes, and outcomes) so we can display your history and performance back to you.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not place bets on your behalf, and we do not share your individual betting history with sportsbooks, employers, or advertisers.
We use a limited set of third-party service providers to operate the Service, including Stripe (payment processing), cloud hosting and database infrastructure, and email delivery for account and transactional messages. These providers process data only as necessary to provide their service to us and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. Odds, statistics, and player data shown in the app are sourced from third-party sports-data providers and do not contain your personal information.
We retain account and bet-tracking data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can update your account information, adjust notification preferences, and manage or cancel your subscription directly within the app. To request a copy of your data or deletion of your account, email privacy@ibetsmart.com.
The Service is intended for users 21 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
