These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iBET Smart mobile application and the ibetsmart.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by iBET Smart ("iBET Smart," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to access sports betting information in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
iBET Smart is an analytics and decision-support tool. We aggregate publicly available odds, player statistics, and line-movement data, and we generate expected-value estimates, "Best Bets," "Today's Reads," and related content to help you evaluate wagers you place elsewhere.
iBET Smart is not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, set betting lines, or facilitate gambling transactions of any kind. Any bet you place is placed directly with a licensed third-party sportsbook of your choosing, subject to that sportsbook's own terms, and entirely at your own discretion and risk. Our Bet Builder and Bet Tracker features help you assemble and record wagers you intend to place, or have placed, with your own sportsbook accounts — they do not transmit or execute bets on your behalf beyond opening the relevant sportsbook's own app or site.
Sports betting involves inherent uncertainty. Expected value, hit-rate, and edge figures shown in the Service are statistical estimates based on historical and current data — they are not guarantees of outcome, and past performance of any model, pick, or strategy is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and any resulting losses.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Certain features require a paid subscription (currently offered monthly or annually, with pricing shown in the app and on ibetsmart.com). Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until canceled. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details. You may cancel at any time through the app, your account settings, or the billing portal linked from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law. Free trial terms, where offered, will be disclosed at signup.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent trial or subscription limits through multiple accounts or falsified information; scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell Service data; or interfere with the Service's operation or security.
The Service may link to, deep-link into, or display data sourced from third-party sportsbooks and data providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of those third parties. Odds and lines can change or be removed by the sportsbook at any time without notice.
The Service, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by iBET Smart or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it except as permitted by these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any pick, projection, or analysis will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iBET Smart will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any gambling losses, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct that we believe harms the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
